ACES™ FRAMEWORK
The ACES™ Framework is a simple guide I use to set clear expectations for your journey. We work through each part of the framework, both in single sessions and across our time together, moving from small details to big-picture growth. As you progress through each stage, you'll feel more empowered, resilient, and authentic, holding your integrity in every aspect of your life.

I created the ACES™ Framework to clearly explain how I work with coaching clients. It's shaped by my professional training and personal growth journey, capturing the most powerful and transformative elements of healing. While many approaches focus solely on fixing a problem or achieving a specific result, true transformation happens beyond that. The ACES™ Framework helps individuals grow and step into the person they aspire to be.
It's not always easy, but the process is deeply rewarding.
ACES™ Explained
A Path Toward Healing & Integration
AWARENESS
Seeing Our Reality
Acknowledgement and awareness are the first steps in healing. We can’t change anything until we recognize what needs changing. Building awareness isn't just about knowing who we are—it's about getting comfortable with examining our habits and understanding why we do what we do. When we strengthen our ability to acknowledge and become aware, we take back control of our lives. We say "yes" to the life we want to create and commit to taking action toward that change.
EXPERIENCE
Emobdying Sensation
Many clients, including myself, tend to intellectualize emotions instead of feeling them. When in pain or illness, there’s a natural urge to push it away or numb it. However, avoiding discomfort only makes it stronger and leads to burnout. The "Experience" step of the ACES Framework helps you safely face your reality, whether it’s emotional or physical pain, or even joy. Through our work, you’ll gain tools to fully experience life, becoming less reactive and more present in the process.
CONFRONT
Clearing the Path
Confronting is often the hardest part of the ACES™ Framework and life in general. When we confront ourselves and the issues we want to change, we choose to see things as they truly are—the good, the bad, and the ugly. Building resilience in this process makes finding solutions easier. The more we confront, the simpler the solution becomes. In our work together, confronting means seeing how we may be creating what we don’t want, resisting our own path, or being unknowingly attached to negative outcomes. It also means recognizing our strength, compassion, and worthiness of love. Confronting clears the path to our goals, making the journey faster and more direct.
SHIFT
Making Real Change
The final step in the ACES™ Framework is Shift, where we focus on changing behaviors and patterns by learning and practicing new skills. It’s one thing to know what to change, but actually making the change requires time and effort. After each session, you'll leave with an actionable tool to practice, helping rewire your brain to support the changes you want. By the end of a 5- or 10-week program, the shift should feel real—you’ll likely notice increased resilience, stronger boundaries, more empowerment in speaking your truth, and a deeper connection to your inner guidance. This shift is the lasting change from our work together.
Let's Transform Together
While many coaches and healers are available, our work is truly holistic and focused on real transformation. Transformation happens when you realize you're like the caterpillar in the chrysalis—disintegrated, uncertain, even scared, but knowing there’s no turning back. Our work together strengthens your resilience to face the unknown, your pain, and your grief while reconnecting you with your intuition and authentic self. This process solidifies the changes you seek and helps you fully transform into the butterfly, breaking free from the chrysalis of your past.
